    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the Sentitree website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

    2. Service Description

    Sentitree provides a memorial tree planting service. Upon purchase, we arrange for a tree sprout to be planted in your chosen location (Jerusalem, Sacred Valley, or Ica Desert) within 3–5 business days. A personalized certificate is issued upon order confirmation.

    3. Orders and Payment

    All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Prices are listed in USD.

    4. Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of our service, refunds may be requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided the tree has not yet been planted. Once planting has commenced, we are unable to issue refunds. Please contact us at info@sentitree.com with any concerns.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and certificates, is the property of Sentitree and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    Sentitree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

    7. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
